Its been so long since i updated..coz i havent been in the writing mood. I was getting ready to close down this blog but okay i will update! So much to say..
-Chirstmas was quiet, the first christmas without the family. Christmas eve was spend at Jocelyn's house and met up with Sardine for dinner at Koven on Christmas day.. very quiet.. didnt feel like Christmas this year..
-Boxing day was fun! went to Palau Ubin with some ati section mates. Palau Ubin is on a different island from Singapore where there are villagers living there.. the living conditions are a little rundown but still manageable.. i wouldnt be able to live there for long though. took a boat ride to the island and then straight away hopped on bicycles to explore the island...It was this day that i feel in love with bike riding! the wind blowing in your hair.. sweet! went to Wei Xiang's house for maj jong after.. fun day! i say fun a lot.. hahaha
-New Years Eve was also very quiet. met with Ben M. who came all the way from Aussie! met him at his hotel in Outram Park but i got lost trying to find it.. walked and ran around the place looking for the hotel.. then we headed to the city to meet Kah-hoe also from aussieland and his two cousin. Spend the night walking around the whole city... window shopping. it was tiring walking around and after a while was quiet boring.. but the city lights and deco was nice! very crowded too. headed back to Ben's hotel at 11pm and watched the fireworks at his hotel.. but on tv hahahaha. we could see some fireworks from the room but buildings were covering it and only saw a bit. before singapore's fireworks, saw the ending of Aussie's one... randomness hahaha headed home at 1am and thank God for mrt! on the way back.. called Roy and had a good talk with him until i reached home.. updated each other, i miss that guy. hahaha
-New Years Day met Jocelyn where we headed to the city to meet Kah-hoe and Ben. walked around a bit and then headed to the airport to pick up Mark S. and Jono A. who also came all the way from AussieLand! thanks guys! its quite a big thing to fly all the way here soo yea i really really appreciate it! =)
went to their hotel room which was very cosy and then headed for dinner where they tired roti prata and curry. i had to go back to camp that night so yep camp.
I didnt get to see my friends from aussie a lot when they were here but the times when we saw each other, it was great fun, lots of laughter and we tried a lot of new things.. it was just right! hahaha
i got more to update about Mark and Jono's trip but its 12:28am now and i gotta wake up at 5am to go back to camp.. chinese new year is over.. soo sad.. no more holidays until a long time. soo sad okay got to go.
