heyyya.... this wk we had a scare from SIB catching ppl for blogging about army related stuff soooo no more blogging about army....... which is sad coz i cant record down my army journey.. my highs and lows, my achivements and failures....... but ohh well dont want to get CHARGED =

The Past Few Wks..

Has been quite busy...i cant remember the last time i updated but yeaa it has been busy..

i think the start of the busyness was 2 or 3 wks ago when we had the 41SAR Amazing Race over two days, thu and fri.. in our platoons we had to go to places around singapore in the aim to bond as a platoon and know singapore better.... we went to the Kranji War Memorial, the changi musuem, Labourdor Park in the city and the army musuem.. we did A LOT of travelling inbetween those places, taking taxi, mrt and bus.. my fav place was the War Memorial coz the weather was soo good and it was a great place to just sit on the grass and let the time pass by.. it had that reflective atmosphere and made us think of what the past soliders went through.. it was nice to sit and talk.. at the end of the first day, went to vivo city for lunch.. did a lot of walking there coz we going to meet another group of friends there but we couldnt find them soo we walked around the place.... wow vivo is quiet confusing coz there is like another shopping centre joined together and i thought it was all vivo but its not hahahaaha. after that went to Raymond's house for sleepover.. we did the usual stuff... blackjack.. hahaha...

the second day of the amazing race was better than the first.. we went through it faster and yea just felt better.. sadly our platoon isnt that close....ppl just wantta do their own things and its not very "one".. yeaaa very disappointing.. like at every pitstop we had a take a group pic and the pics are like sooo boring.. no crazy pictures or anything like that.... what a shame.... the end of the amazing race.. okay.. this night it was a bad experience... someone made me really angry and yeaaaa... was not happy..... just to say a bit... there was another sleepover at Raymond's house but coz i had guard duty the next day i was planning to just go back to camp and sleep.. but my this friend that annoyed me.. convinced me to go so i went but on the way to Raymond's house he "had to go back home" but i think i know the real reason... the thing that made me angry was not that he left me for other friends.. it was coz he lied about it.. straight to my face. man... okay i think i probably said to much but yea... ohh well.. who cares.. i think no one hahaha

after guard duty on sunday i went to meet Kah-Hoe at Clake Quay.. YAY my first friend from Syd to come visit me!! me brough me my b'day presents from my Syd friends soo yay!!

We first went to eat cheap chicken rice near his hotel area! v nice and then headed to Sim Lim Square coz i had to buy something... after that we went to Vivo city to do some walking around and then after that we spend a short time in China Town. wow.. we did a lot of walking but we took a lot of pics together hahaha. we had dinner together and had to book in for camp. it was a tiring day but yay it wasnt a boring wkend for sure!! =)

Last wk on thur we had the day off and i went to meet Kah-hoe again! We did more walking around and took more pics it was heaps fun!! thanks for hanging out with me KH!!! had great fun hahahahah had good food and desserts too!! ohh and eating that saucer of chicken rice chilli! haha made my tummy feel funny.. =0

this wk was really tiring...... we had 3 days of reheshals - tues, wed and thu for the change of command parade on yesterday. We had to practice in the hot sun and how i am soo tan again.. hahaha some of my friends had it worst.... the area where they wear their shirt is all white but their arms and necks are full red hahaha... the parade was okay but it wasnt it best..... the marching and drills wasnt the best and i dont think the parade was that "wowing"

if the reheshals were not tiring enough... we had a coy "3km" night march on wed night... wow it was very tiring and painful!!! carrying the signal set i wantted to die..... the walk was long and it just kept going and going like it would never end.. and everything you see it all dark its soo not fun... everything black.... it is really hard on the eyes =I cryyyy yeaaa i complained a lot during the walk hahahaha but seriously i dont know how i survived it.. it was tough with all the bushes and the slopes... glad its over hhahaha..but really i am quite unfit ><

soo yea its been really tiring and my energy levels are like really low... and its field camp next wk... i am scared i wont have enough energy to carry on...... sigh ohh well.. there are busy and free days soo yep.. just have to take it as it comes.
